31.5ish weeks

i know i'm late with my blog. but i figure if i just post between weeks, people might get off my back about it. also my baby is the weight of 4 navel oranges this week. next week she'll be like a large jicama. a WHAT? i try to look ahead a week to see her next produce comparison so i can learn what the thing is before she's that size. i wouldnt want to be caught off guard or anything.
so two pictures today. the 31.5 weeks picture. and a picture of my hair. which i dyed. on a whim last night. that's how i make all my best hair decisions.
i had a few tests this week and a few more in the coming weeks. Brett's out of town this weekend, which is weird. he's in virginia. he comes home tomorrow and i'm so excited! he's only been gone like 24 hours, but that's a long time considering we've never been apart a whole day since before we got married. speaking of which, we'll have been married for 1.5 years in a couple days.
anyway, baby is doing fine. she moves around a lot. it's less like kicking most of the time and more like squirming. although, one of her favorite activities is kicking my bladder.
i'll probably go shopping today. i'll try not to buy baby stuff, but without brett here to restrain me, i make no promises. i bought baby shampoo and stuff last night. i had a great coupon for 3 dollars off a gift set. so i got one that came with lotion, shampoo, baby wash, desitin, and those funny looking baby q-tips. i added up all the prices of the individual items and the gift set was legitimately a good deal, plus 3 dollars off, so even better. the baby care aisle in target is right next to the hair dye aisle. hence my new color.
i'm making a pot roast tomorrow with potatoes and carrots. brett will probably wish he could go out of town more often so i'd make really delicious meals for him when he comes back.
i made this cassarole the other day, some campbells soup recipe. it was delish. i cant even remember where i got the recipe. it looked like i ripped it out of a magazine or something. whatev.
this is the boringest post ever. ok i'm going to get some shoes on and hit up the mall. and maybe tjmaxx, which is the best store for finding designer baby clothes way cheap.
