good news, i got into UNC!!!! the phone call came this morning. they called our apartment and talked to amanda, she then promptly texted me to call UNC, which i did as soon as i got out of class, and i'm in!!! it feels sooooooo good. now, down to details. this means that our choices are down to UNC and shenandoah (assuming that i get in). with acceptance to UNC, we're turning down Pitt. VCU, still no word, but they won't change my decision. and as for WVU, this is actually quite hilarious. i received a letter from WVU last saturday telling me that they basically couldn't accept me because my application was deficient, apparently i haven't taken enough anatomy. funny thing is, i've been accepted to some of the best programs in the country without them even questioning it. what it comes down to is i took anatomy at byu-i and physiology at byu and they have different names. so, some idiot was screening my transcript and didn't have the intelligence to put it together. whatever, i had no intention of going there anyway, they were my last resort. it's just a little funny that i got turned down by my safety school. as for other news, taylor and dione are officially parents and baby brynne is doing fine. we'll probably go visit them this weekend and have some pics. we're going to the draper temple open house on saturday and hopefully a super bowl party in mapleton on sunday. so, we've got a good weekend planned and next weekend i'll be flying home for another interview. also, i'll adjust the poll. so you pitt and vcu voters can adjust accordingly.

Congrats on UNC!!! We're Duke fans but UNC is such a great school. Micah is from NC and we lived there our first two years of marriage while he finished undergrad. Let us know if you go there and need some help on where to live, etc. The church is great there with LOTS of young, married people...ya'll would love it!

CONGRATS!!! I am soo jealous. i hope we get in there to Dental school...we should find out this week. fingers crossed. We just got into VCU...i dont know if i wanna go there though!??
