foodie

when piper eats spaghetti, we tend not to let her wear clothes. she can be rather messy. but she LOVES spaghetti. and pizza. and lasagna. pretty much anything italian. she's grown to be a little more picky than she was when she first started eating real food. like how she won't drink milk. yeah. a baby who won't drink milk! she'll drink it if we mix in a little carnation instant breakfast (aka make it into chocolate milk) and she'll eat yogurt and cheese, so i'm not overly concerned about it, but still...weird.
she loves sweets, rather like her mother. she especially likes m&ms. which is awesome because then she has multi-colored drool.
she could eat a bowl of cheerios at every meal if we'd let her and if she sees a go-gurt, she will grunt at you and reach for it until you give her a bite. and another bite and another bite.
she likes bananas, peaches, grapes, watermelon, apples (usually), pineapple...she pretty much likes any fruit.
she loves green beans canned from grammy's garden and can eat a whole bowl of them on a good night. but she does NOT like potatoes. except french fries (because duh, who doesn't like those).
she could practically be a vegetarian if she didn't like hotdogs and meatballs so much. she won't even TRY chicken nuggets (or chicken tenders or chicken dinosaurs or any shape of chicken) which is rather weird for a child.
she drinks watered down apple juice like it's her job and lots of ice water (especially now that it's so hot out...95 degrees or higher every day this week and quite humid).

while she was already pretty much naked, we figured a mini cupcake was in order. she did not protest.after being wiped off, she ran off in the middle of her diaper change to give her daddy a kiss through the screen door.
