to catch you up

Nothing terribly exciting has been going on here, but i want to try to post more frequently, so i might have to include boring things.
I'm going to try to clean the apartment today. Who knows how long that will take. Mess just accumulates until one day i look around and am like "how did it get so messy in here?"
We were supposed to go to Yellowstone this weekend, but it doesn't look like that's going to work out. But i already took the whole weekend off, so i told brett to think of something fun to do. I think we might go for a hike...not usually my first choice for saturday activities, but i'm willing to give it a chance. there are so many places to hike out here, and i feel like i should at least try it. I think we'll start by hiking the Y. It seems easy enough...babies do it, so i should be able to do it too.
So i decided the other day that i'm going to graduate in april, instead of december. i'm throwing in an econ minor, so we'll see how that goes. If nothing else, it at least means i don't have to take the awful math class i was signed up for in the fall. i can wait and see if anything better pops up for winter...the choices can't possibly be worse, so i'm not too worried. Plus brett will still be in school, and i didn't have anything i particularly wanted to do when i graduated in december.
also, ONE WEEK til mom comes to visit! yay!
