It seems like one day he was lying pretty still, maybe rolling a little, and the next day POOF, he's crawling everywhere....and then about a day later he started pulling up to standing by stuff. While we're very excited for him and his new independence, we do wish he'd stop hitting his head on stuff and falling over so much. this is one of the downfalls of having all hard floors on the main level.
Piper crawled at about 7.5-8 months, so hudson was just a little ahead of her there. i don't remember piper standing up so early though (the first picture i can find of piper standing is at almost 10 months...thank you brett for organizing our pictures so i can actually look back and see these things!)
