is 10 months too young for a cell phone?

Piper's latest trick is acting like everything is a phone. in the case of these pictures, she really does have a phone. but she will hold anything and everything that even remotely resembles a phone up to her ear....her cell phone, her remote control, our cell phones, the real remote controls, her wooden hammer, puzzle pieces, desitin....you name it, she will try to place a call from it.
