I went to see new moon. twice already. and it was really shockingly good! i thought the first movie was pretty lame, and i don't like new moon, the book very much (it's by far my least favorite of the 4), so i didn't have terribly high hopes for this movie. but i was pleasantly surprised by the better-than-last-time acting, the better-than-last-time chemistry between the characters who are supposed to be crazy in love and actors who may or may not be dating in real life, the reduced awkwardness, the funny-on-purpose (instead of unintentionally) parts, and jacob's buffness. So overall, i thought the movie was better than the book. and while the movie didn't convert me to team jacob (or come anywhere close), i will say i like jacob a ton more after this movie.
Thanksgiving break starts this evening. katie comes home tonight, i think. and brett comes home at 5. and then it is time for FUN all week long.
tomorrow is george's birthday so surely there will be tons of fun to be had.
thursday is thanksgiving. or, if you're lucky like us, TWO thanksgivings.
and then friday is shop til you drop day (one of my favorite days of the whole year).

piper is so cute! AND I COMPLETELY agree with your new moon review. didn't like 1st movie, new moon was worst book...but loved the movie! Crazy! I guess exceptions are a big deal. (and having a little more money in the budget to make the movie better!) Still no Jacob fun though! haha. Stole the words right from my mouth.
