recent happenings:
-My birthday! it was great. i turned 22...so yeah, pretty old now. it was great. brett and piper made me breakfast in bed and we went out to lunch at olive garden with my family. and we went shopping, which is my favorite activity, and thus the activity i usually choose for my birthday. then we ate a delicious birthday cheesecake from costco.
-Kaden's soccer game. ok this was HILARIOUS. i felt it was a little long (like if i was a 5-year-old, i'd find an hour and a half of soccer to be a bit much), but it was certainly interesting. we then went back to Heather's house and had chicken casserole (brett's favorite growing-up meal) and chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting for my second birthday cake. yummmm.
-piper is now mobile. she rolls around like she owns the place. it's like it all suddenly clicked in her brain last week and ever since, she's been rolling wherever she needs to go...which is usually to a toy.
there have been other events but i still have to upload the pictures from those, so i'll save them for my next post.

i'm commenting on all the new ones so you know i read them. i surprisingly want a baby now! its like all the sudden i'm married and it just seems right.
